		<description>@Marlene - Sorry that the lighting made it hard to see. We are working on improving our lighting but it is a working kitchen so loud background noise and low lighting sometimes happen.  However, we are working on improving equipment throughout 2009!</description>

		<description>Hey - you guys need to use some decent lighting for the videos - I was really looking forward to seeing how to sear the salmon, and he&#039;s discussing colors, and smoking pans and all that, but I can&#039;t see anything but blackness. You have so much to offer - make sure we get it! Thanks! :-)</description>
