		<description>Hey, Meliss ... though I&#039;ve never done it, I don&#039;t think there&#039;s any reason that you&#039;d *need* a fondue pot. The key, when you&#039;re eating/serving, is to keep the cheese warm, so that it stays nice and gooey and melty (very technical terms). The fondue pot setup, which comes with its own burner, etc., just makes that easier.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And AJ proposed in Chamonix? What a romantic. ;)</description>

My husband proposed to me in Chamonix, France and it was there that I first had fondue at a tiny little restaurant at the foot of Mount Blanc.  I have always wanted to make fondue I might just try it now.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Melissa one question do you think I can make this without a fondue pot or is that pretty necessary?</description>
